Sarah Stempky Kime is an Attorney or Christensen Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has worked with the Christensen Law team since 2010. She is an extremely effective advocate and an experienced trial attorney. She has represented Christensen Law clients in several difficult auto accident trials, and together with lead attorney David Christensen, won one of the largest jury verdicts ever awarded in Wayne County Circuit Court.

A graduate of the Michigan State University Law School in 2010, Sarah Stempky Kime has always had a passion for litigation. She received a certificate in Trial Practice from the Trial Practice Institute as part of her MSU education. While there she reached the finals in several national Mock Trial competitions. She was also the captain of the law school’s Arbitration Team, which won its regional competition in Omaha in 2009.

That training has made Lawyer Sarah Stempky Kime a force to be reckoned with in a very short time. Given Christensen Law’s aggressive trial schedule, she has already tried many more plaintiff’s personal injury cases than most other lawyers with her years of experience. According to Sarah:

“I’ve learned… that everyone deserves the same attention. And people who have been hurt are going through the extreme stress of trying to get better, then the added stress of being in a lawsuit. They’ve been wronged, and they need someone to represent their interests.”

Prior to law school, Stempky Kime received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Alma College in 2005. This training in relating to people in tough situations has come in handy in her work at Christensen Law. She is incredibly responsive to her clients – returning phone calls promptly, and walking clients through depositions, independent medical examinations, and trial with grace and compassion.

Her incomparable success has also gotten her noticed across the state. Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly has named her an “Up and Coming Lawyer” – identifying her as one of the top 25 lawyers in the state under age 40. She has also been named a “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters, the same organization that names the nation’s top Super Lawyers. That award is based on the votes of those who know best: other lawyers in her field.

She also serves as an executive board member of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ). She is committed to improving her field of auto accident litigation and works hard to get the best results for her client.
